The California Association for Parent and Child Advocacy (CAPCA) is an opportunity for members of the disability community to network, share information and resources, and participate in legislative issues and policy surrounding special education in California. CAPCA provides several levels of support to its members, including two active mailing lists, membership meetings, and mentoring. We have a strong membership based of attorneys, advocates. other disability professionals, and parents.
