The CAPCA Mission
The California Association for Parent-Child Advocacy (CAPCA) is a collaborative, statewide organization which monitors, analyzes, advocates and responds to both legislative and policy initiatives which affect the education and lifelong prospects for students with disabilities in California. CAPCA has evolved to be a strong voice in California for special education parents, disability professionals, special education attorneys representing students and parents, and special education advocates.
